Saturday Photographer’s Club

What to Expect

A casual, ongoing photography meetup for photographers who want to see more intentionally, shoot more confidently, and develop their visual voice.

❋ Intentional Structure

Each Saturday, we’ll start with a short photography lesson before heading out into San Francisco to put the ideas into practice.

Along the way, I’ll guide the group, offer individual feedback, and help you make creative and technical choices that support the images you want to make.

❋ Expert Facilitation

I’ll curate the walk and offer guidance along the way, from camera settings and technical challenges to composition, light, framing, and how to translate your ideas into photographs.

❋ Meet, learn, explore, shoot

We’ll meet at 4:00 PM at Philz Coffee on the Embarcadero for a relaxed 20-minute lesson introducing that day’s photography topic or creative focus.

After the lesson, we’ll head out together to photograph the surrounding area, with the location changing over time. Our first two meetups will explore the San Francisco Embarcadero.

❋ Develop Your Artistic voice

Every meetup has a different creative focus, but the larger goal remains the same: helping you discover and strengthen your own photographic voice and aesthetic through practice, experimentation, and feedback.
